I started regular classes at the corporate gym (moffet towers) with Nadja and eventually had a 1-1 session. Nadja is passionate about her teaching and genuinely wants to help her students acheive their specific goals.
She makes her self available for questions and discussions about your practice outside of class or 1-1 time. She has positive energy and pushes you to your limits in a good way. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is apparent. I definitely recommend her classes and 1-1 time for anyone wanting to include Yoga as a means to exercise, work on physical therapy (like myself), stretch or just have a mental escape from the daily grind.
