Private Sessions

Pamper yourself with the convenience, privacy, and personal attention of a private yoga session at your home or office. Working privately with Nadja means that your session is tailored to your individual and specific needs. Everyone is different and each person has their own unique circumstances.

If you’re just beginning your yoga journey, congratulations! Let Nadja help you understand proper form and alignment. Start strong and on the right foot before any bad habits develop. Realize the fastest way to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

If you’re further along, Nadja can elevate your practice with adjustments, alignment, form, breath, and mental focus. Often times, students get into stuck in a routine with group classes and plateau. By having a one-on-one look at your practice, you’ll better understand what improvements are needed, and where to concentrate on, for a break through.

Private Yoga sessions include:

 

  • well-rounded practices with a focus on strength, flexibility and mindfulness
  • yoga poses with proper form, alignment, and modifications as needed
  • yoga props such as blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, sand bags
  • pranayama (regulation of breath), and meditation techniques
  • and more…

 

Online sessions available!

Rates include travel time, and props.
Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Charges apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
